For Your Health Friday


I have decided to start a new series on Fridays.  As many of you know I worked hard to lose a lot of weight but due to a bad hip and a medication much of it I have put back on. So this year I am going to work hard not just to lose the weight again but to make myself more healthy. I hope you will join me on that journey. I will dedicate Fridays to talking about health.
